Ginny is the mother of the litter born on Jan.14, 2011 . Phoenix, the sire, lives in Calgary, Alberta, and is a wonderful hunting companion & beloved family member for his owner. I will try to forward photos of both Ginny and Phoenix.
Both Ginny and Phoenix have the health "clearances" recommended by the Golden Retriever club, i.e. OFA good rated hips, normal elbows, recent normal eye exams performed by a veterinary ophthalmologist, and normal cardiac exams by a veterinary cardiologist. Several generations of their ancestors have also had similar health exams.  Ginny and Phoenix come from lines representing the efforts of responsible breeders who have been selecting good representatives of the breed for good health and typical Golden temperament , generation after generation.

Ginny has been a very healthy girl, with no tendency to have skin problems or allergies.  She has a thick, easy to care for medium gold coat. Her dark eyes and happy smile give her a happy , kind expression. She is a fantastic mother, and is very calm and gentle with my son and  tolerant of our cats. She gets along well with other dogs, and is a good hiking companion in the woods and on the trails we explore in the Cascades. She loves to swim and retrieve a tennis ball. She is a good house dog, and travels well in the car. Her father was a show champion with working titles from a combination of sound American and Canadian obedience and show lines.

Puppies from this combination should be fantastic  family dogs and  pleasant companions. If possible, I would like to have a pup or 2 from this litter go to a service dog organization, as I have supported a varity of such organizations for about 30 years. ( Canine Partners of the Rockies, Assistance Dogs of the West, Canine Angels, Assistance Dog Institute, etc.)
Some Goldens from my breeding can be seen on the following websites:
www.pawsteams.org   shows Ginny's sister Amber, and a relative Chauncy, and her 1/2 brother, Kudos.
Author Dean Koontz' beloved Trixie has her own website ( google  'Trixie Koontz')
The pups from this litter will be $850.

Please give me a call if you would like more information.
